Dining and hospitality at Sidmouth Golf Club is run by View 66. Whether you’re finishing a round or simply dropping in, you’ll find a well-stocked bar serving a wide range of wines, spirits, beers and non-alcoholic options, all delivered by a friendly, welcoming team. Both the bar and restaurant open out onto a balcony – a lovely spot to sit with a drink and take in the views across the course and along the Jurassic Coast.
From breakfast and lunch to lighter bites and sandwiches, there’s something for every occasion. Sunday lunches are especially popular, so booking ahead is recommended.
View 66 also hosts a range of events, from informal get-togethers to formal dinners and prizegivings. Whether you’re coming on your own, meeting friends or planning a larger gathering, you’ll be well looked after.
You don’t need to be a member to enjoy the bar or restaurant – everyone is welcome.

A reasonable standard of dress is required, at all times. While jeans are allowed, casual but smart is our aim. Please don't wear any of the following in the clubhouse / on the balcony:
- Torn or frayed trousers or shorts
- Beach or sports shorts
- Tracksuits
- Singlets or tops without sleeves [men]
- Hats – except on the balcony to keep the sun out of your eyes!
