What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you visit Sidmouth Golf Club to play golf, enter an Open Competition, book a function or voluntarily sign up to receive our newsletter from our website. We collect only the information required from you to be able to fulfil our contractual obligations which includes being able to contact you to be able to send you a confirmation of your booking.
How long will we keep this information?
We will retain your information to contact you about your Tee Time, Open Competitions Entry or Function / Meeting at the Club for 2 years.
How your information about you will be used.
We use the information collected to allow us to fulfil our contractual obligations to you as a visitor.
In order to fulfil our contractual obligations to you as a visitor, we share your information with external and internal data processors who operate our systems (Club Systems) but your personal data is administered internally by the Club’s Data Controller (Club Manager) who adheres to the Golf Club’s internal data protection policies and procedures. We will never share your information with 3rd party companies.
We would also like to be able to correspond with you regarding our activities including events and competitions by way of email
We don’t share your data with external marketing companies who would contact you this way.

You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. If you would like a copy of this information please email us at email@example.com or write to the Club Manager at the Club. This will be provided to you in a portable, machine readable commonly used format.
As a Club, we want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date so you may ask us to correct or erase information that you think is inaccurate.
